Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and willing to learn Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed. Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
