Job Details Location: Crossroads Correctional Center, Cameron, MO 64429 Position Type: Full-Time Education Level: High School Diploma/GED Salary Range: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Night Job Category: Nursing Professional & Support Effective Compensation Hourly pay: $29.00 – $35.00, depending on experience Shift differentials for night shifts $10,000 hiring bonus for all full-time LPN hires (limited time) Role Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs. Qualifications Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required Must be IV certified Must be actively certified in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) High school diploma or GED equivalent required Corrections experience not required Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check Shift Availability Available Shift: Nights, 6:30pm – 7:00am, 3‑12s and every other weekend.
