Onboarding Operations Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning the end-to-end onboarding process, the full-time Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage KYC/KYB reviews, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and enhance customer communication in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee the customer onboarding process from document request to account activation Apply risk-based judgment to escalate higher-risk cases and collaborate with external partners Identify friction points in onboarding and propose process improvements and automation opportunities Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, onboarding, or a compliance function Working knowledge of customer due diligence requirements across multiple jurisdictions Hands-on experience in verifying business entities and beneficial ownership Exceptional written communication skills, critical for customer interactions Ability to manage a high case volume with competing priorities autonomously
