Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to support production operations in Broken Arrow, OK . This role is responsible for managing inventory movement, kitting materials, fulfilling work orders, and ensuring production teams receive the correct materials on time.

Required Experience & Skills
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling environments REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain)
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to manage priorities and support production deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare, kit, and issue materials according to work orders and Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Verify materials for accuracy, quantity, and condition before release to production
• Process inventory transactions, work orders, and updates in the ERP system
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and system records
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues
• Fulfill urgent internal production requests quickly and accurately
• Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors and production teams
• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and standard operating practices

Work Environment
• Industrial warehouse / production support environment
• Fast-paced role requiring strong organization, urgency, and accuracy
• Exposure to inventory systems, forklifts, production materials, and active warehouse operations
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and material movement
