Customer Support Specialist Location: Queen Creek, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $23–$30/hr + quarterly performance based bonuses. No specialized experiencerequired. About the Role As aCustomer Support Specialist,you’llwork directly with individualsparticipatingin a structured program designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make meaningful progress. You’llbe a reliable point of contact who helps ensure each person’s experience is smooth, supportive, and encouraging from start to finish. WhatYou’llBe Doing Provide one-on-one support to individuals during scheduled sessions Operate andmonitorspecialized program tools and technology (training provided) Encourage participants using positive practices such as journaling, goal setting, and reflection Maintainaccuratesession notes and share updates with team members Help create a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported WhoWe’reLooking Fo We care more aboutyour ability to connect with people than yourpreviousindustry experience. Customer service or hospitality Retail or sales support Education or coaching Caregiving or other people-focused environments If you enjoy helpingothersfeel comfortable, encouraged, and motivated,you’lllikely thrivein this role.
