Insurance Sales Rep

Job Description

Walaa Insurance Agency helps individuals, families, and businesses find affordable insurance solutions through AAA, Meemic, and six additional personal and commercial insurance carriers. You will work with an experienced sales and service team that serves the diverse communities of Sterling Heights and the surrounding area in multiple languages, including Arabic, Chaldean, Assyrian, Kurdish, and French. Every day brings the opportunity to help customers with auto, home, commercial, life insurance, memberships, auto loans, and credit cards in a professional and supportive office. As an Insurance Sales Representative , you'll build relationships with customers, provide insurance solutions that fit their needs, and guide them through the entire sales process from quote to policy issuance. You'll receive warm leads, licensing assistance, continuing education, and the flexibility to work from home when appropriate. This role offers a clear path into leadership positions such as Team Leader, Financial Services Support, or Manager based on your skills and performance.

Base pay plus commissions with weekly, monthly, and yearly bonus opportunities
$500 monthly production bonus for highest sales that month, $2500 flight voucher for highest sales in a year
