Physical Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Establish, revise, and evaluate a plan of care appropriate to identified problems, involving the patient/family
Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques and skills appropriate to patient condition
Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel
Work some holidays and one weekend per month as needed

Experience Required

2 years of relevant experience
SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience required

Skills & Certifications

Physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
Standard PT techniques and interventions
Supervision of PT assistants and support staff

Eligibilities & qualifications

Patient/family care coordination
