This provides a valuable chance to learn, grow, and build connections across our integrated healthcare system.Schedule: Days, 3/12s - 1 PM -1AM, rotating weekends and holidaysJob DescriptionConduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.EducationAssociates of Nursing [Required]Bachelors of Nursing [Preferred]Work Experience1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]Additional InformationAdditional Licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
