You'll work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day , while helping ensure the healthcare program operates smoothly and patients receive quality care.

You'll work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day , while helping ensure the healthcare program operates smoothly and patients receive quality care.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the site's healthcare program
- Coordinate daily operations of the medical team
- Provide nursing care and treatment as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient care and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, facility leadership, and corporate support
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company, facility, and regulatory standards
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team
- Participate in on call responsibilities as needed
- Address clinical and operational concerns and escalate appropriately
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
