Registered Client Service Associate

Assist advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data into the contact manager, building agendas and meeting summaries, escorting clients to advisors, and providing follow-up Prepare and ensure successful submission of new business paperwork, including forms, signatures, documentation for the home office, insurance application tracking, and rollover coordination Prepare and coordinate marketing events, including marketing compliance documentation and event reimbursement management Perform administrative duties including answering advisors' phones, processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, supporting closings, setting up client files, and handling new business correspondence and alerts Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-5 years of relevant experience Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days Life, Accident, and Health licenses and Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days Experience working in a client service environment Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills Good organization and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to communicate with all organizational levels Process-oriented and able to work with a team Strong computer and software skills Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in client service and financial planning, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
