Strong communication skills and proficiency in maintaining electronic records are essential.RequirementsProvide behavioral health services to patients of all ages. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in team meetings. Ensure timely documentation and charting in electronic medical records. Contribute to quality improvement activities. Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.QualificationsValid New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) required. Advanced degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field. Experience with diverse populations, including serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation. Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language is a plus.
