Customer Service Representative

Job Opportunity

Techstaff has immediate assignments available for a busy County department with three locations. We seek individuals to handle front desk, customer service, and some call center duties.

Duties Include:

Greet visitors
Answer phone calls
Direct them to appropriate staff
Verify program eligibility
Program intake
Provide instructions on how to fill out forms
Scan documents
Provide phone instructions
Administrative duties

Hourly Rate: $15.00

Hours: M-F 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Duration: January 2026 June 2026

- 1 x Customer Care Call Center Representative
- 2 x Intake/Eligibility and/or Front Desk
Lee Davis Community Resource Center (3402 N. 22nd Street, Tampa 33605)
- 2 x Intake/Eligibility and/or Front Desk
Plant City Community Resource Center (307 Michigan Avenue, Plant City 33563)
- 1 x Intake/Eligibility and/or Front Desk
