- Willing to train/mentor someone who is pursuing CHT
- 70% Hands/Upper Extremities & 30% Stroke & ADLS
- Work on a team with 2 other CHTs and receive direct mentorship and training from them
- Formal onboarding process (4-6 weeks)
- Medical, Dental & Life Insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks +
- Full-time permanent position
- Bachelor's or Master's of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- CHT strongly preferred
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
