Financial Services Officer (FSO)Devils Lake, ND | Full-Time

- Interview members and evaluate loan requests
- Guide members through the lending process from start to finish
- Review credit information and identify solutions
- Help members secure financing for important life moments
- Deliver a lending experience that's simple, welcoming, and stress-free

- Open and maintain member accounts
- Assist with digital banking and online services
- Recommend products and services that support members' goals
- Educate members on available financial tools and resources
- Show the value of membership at North Star

- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Protect confidential member information
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Support branch operations and team initiatives

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, sales, lending, banking, financial services, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfort using technology and business software
- Consumer lending experience
- Banking or credit union experience
- New account experience
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance
- Sales or relationship management experience
