Job Description

Job Summary:

Cath Lab Radiology Tech provides advanced imaging support in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment, ensuring safe, high-quality diagnostic and procedural imaging. The role assists the care team by preparing equipment, positioning patients, and maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform radiologic imaging for cath lab procedures using established protocols.
• Prepare and verify imaging equipment, contrast-related supplies, and radiation safety controls.
• Position patients accurately and ensure comfort, safety, and procedural readiness.
• Assist with maintaining sterile or isolation-adjacent workflow as applicable to the procedure.
• Monitor patient condition during imaging and escalate concerns to the clinical team promptly.
• Document imaging details and maintain compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Maintain active licensure/verification requirements for radiology practice.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (or applicable equivalents).
• Demonstrate competency with cath lab workflows and radiation safety practices.
• Provide proof of MMR and varicella vaccination or approved declination.
• Complete required credentialing verification steps and meet non-negotiable onboarding timelines.
• Successfully pass/comply with background screening and drug screening requirements as permitted by onboarding process.
