Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team at Rob’s Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch service to our clients while promoting our HVAC solutions. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in customer care.

Responsibilities

Conduct sales presentations to potential customers regarding HVAC products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Service, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Educate customers on proper system usage and maintenance practices.
Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC service
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
A valid driver's license is required.
