Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Test Engineering Specialist to support test activities for solid rocket motor development, qualification, and production programs within a defense environment. Key responsibilities include developing detailed test plans, procedures, and instrumentation setups; overseeing hardware readiness; managing test fixtures, pressure systems, and test stand integration; The specialist leads real‑time test execution, including monitoring performance parameters, diagnosing anomalies, and ensuring safe conduct of all operations in a high‑hazard environment. Analyzes, develops and evaluates systems. Improves and maintains current systems or creates brand new projects. Designs and drafts blueprints, visits systems in the field and manages projects. Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or ExperienceCritical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's DegreeKnowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills.
