IT Systems Engineer

Salary: $60,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven background in systems engineering, with experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure
• Coding and scripting ability, such as PowerShell or another object-oriented language
• Experience creating silent installations and software packages
• Hands-on administration of M365 and on-premises Active Directory
• SQL administration experience
• Network configuration experience with switches, firewalls, and access points
• Windows and Linux server configuration experience, including basic Linux command-line knowledge
• Troubleshooting Windows issues using an OSI layer-based approach, with familiarity in advanced Windows settings and consoles
• Working knowledge of computer components and hardware
• Endpoint protection configuration experience
• Technical writing skills
• Strong communication skills for working with non-technical users
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field, a related certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
• CRM management or configuration experience
• System integration experience
• Dental CAD system administration and automation experience with tools such as 3Shape, ExoCad, or Hyperdent
• Dental lab or manufacturing experience, including CAD, CAM, 3D printing, or work as a Dental Technician
• Documentation experience using Markdown or Mermaid
• Experience building AI agents for workflow automation or other practical applications of AI
• Experience with FOG or another imaging system, including sysprep image creation and deployment
• Understanding of Git flow practices
• DevOps experience with CI/CD workflows such as Gitea or GitHub Actions
• Experience administering and using Confluence and Jira
• Phone system administration experience with Teams Phone or another VoIP platform
• VMware migration experience

• Build, maintain, and automate manufacturing workflow systems
• Administer network operations, including cabling, switch management, DHCP, and DNS
• Manage databases that support production manufacturing systems and integrations
• Handle general system administration tasks such as user onboarding, user management, and Active Directory support
• Monitor security and maintain proactive defenses
• Deploy and support Windows client and server imaging and provisioning
• Maintain and enhance the virtual server and storage environment
• Create and deploy software packages using Chocolatey
• Manage helpdesk systems and resolve support tickets
• Troubleshoot Windows and hardware issues
• Produce and maintain internal documentation
