Customer Service Representative

Twin City Staffing is hiring a c ustomer service representative in Shakopee, MN for a local distribution company. In this role, you will work closely with sales, customers, and affiliates to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
Location: Shakopee, MN
Wage: $20 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

- Process and enter purchase orders

- Assist with credit and collections calls
- Manage will-call orders
- Prior customer service experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking
