Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose complex technical problems
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
