Job Description
The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience while driving sales performance and team development. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of retail management best practices.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store activities to meet sales targets and operational standards
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Implement promotional strategies and merchandising standards
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Prepare reports and communicate updates to senior management
