Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or candidacy as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)—supervision is available for CFYs!
• Professional license as required by the state
• Ability to meet all credentialing requirements—including fingerprinting and background check
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate with school staff and families for optimal student support

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide evidence-based interventions to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Deliver therapy both individually and in small groups, adapting sessions to meet a variety of student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation for compliance and ongoing progress monitoring
• Serve as a communication resource within the school setting
