BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method—now in studios across the U.S. We're on a mission to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced, with a focus on strength, form, and most of all—CHEER. From the studio floor to the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Part-Time Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand awareness, boost our local presence, and drive engagement. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media growth and local grassroots marketing efforts. This is a perfect position for a social media-savvy individual who loves networking, creating content, and executing community-focused marketing strategies. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Owner and Studio Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Social Media Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks. You will be responsible for scripting, filming, editing, and publishing at least 2 reels per week.
• Influencer Outreach: Proactively identify and pitch local influencers to collaborate with our brand.
• Grassroots & Local Marketing: Execute physical marketing campaigns by distributing and placing flyers in the area.
• Event Coordination & Vendor Relations: Scout and book vendor pop-ups to host in our studio space and/or for events.
• Audience Engagement: Design and launch creative Instagram giveaway contests to organically scale our follower base.
• Additional related social media and marketing tasks as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience creating engaging vertical video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Strong communication skills with a knack for reaching out to and building relationships with digital creators and influencers.
• Comfortable with local field marketing, walking around the Downtown area, and approaching businesses or community spaces.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously (events, content calendars, and physical marketing material).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other design and video editing mobile apps is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• Marketing Degree and Marketing Experience preferred

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
