Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across a diverse inpatient behavioral health population including adolescents (ages 8+), adults, and seniors
• Support patients across varying acuity levels, including high and low acuity adult units
• Deliver care on adult IDD units and physical rehabilitation units as assigned
• Float to all units as needed to meet staffing and patient care demands
• Apply Handle with Care techniques in the management of behavioral health patients

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience in an inpatient setting
• BLS certification required
• Handle with Care certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for placement
• No blocked booking - must maintain full availability as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with adolescent behavioral health populations
• Experience with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) patient populations
• Comfort working across multiple units and diverse patient demographics
