Desktop Support Technician

Job TitleLocation: 100 Riverine Road, Glenwood Springs COPrimary day-to-day responsibilities will entail troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.RequirementsField Tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac.SkillsTOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing.Work ScheduleThe work schedule will be M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES. Full-time hours.Experience and Certifications1.5 years of overall experience required. Driving required – YES. Travel between multiple locations during the week.
