Photocentric Group is an award-winning manufacturer based in Avondale, AZ, US, and the UK. We are innovators of 3D printers, resin, and worldwide leaders in craft stamp manufacturing. We are looking to hire Packers to pack our craft products. There is no heavy lifting involved and you will mainly be sitting round a desk. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy, training will be provided. There is no skill required but dedication and attention to detail is important. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do. As a Packer there may be the opportunity to earn a higher hourly rate if you progress and learn other areas in production.

Schedule and benefits of a Packer:

• 8.0 - hour shift.
• Monday - Friday.
• 05.00am to 1.30pm.
• Paid vacation.
• Health insurance available.
• Clean new warehouse with aircon.

Key Responsibilities of a Packer:

• Pack various craft products with care and attention.
• Learn to operate all stamp production equipment per standard procedures.
• Create a positive work environment where everyone can perform at their very best.
• Understand all relevant KPIs and drive to meet/exceed targets.
• Meet safety, production goals, quality, and cost initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience required:

• Some experience in production or packing is useful but not necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing and helpful attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good attendance work record.
• Flexible and a team player.
