Responsibilities Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED environment Ordering/Receiving product and supplies Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product Maintaining a safe and secure environment Requirements Prior experience working as a cake decorator is required Experience in motivating co-workers A willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management Computer, POS and cash handling experience The ability to work up to 6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs Able to clearly communicate with customers Benefits Successful Crew Members will be eligible for promotion and pay raise.
