We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Support operations by moving materials and inventory throughout the facilityConstruct packaging boxes and pick merchandiseVerify orders, label products, and utilize a handheld scannerWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:1 year of experience working in a warehouse environmentKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)It'd be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalent2 years of experience as a material handlerAvailability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when neededThis job requires the ability to:Lift up to 50 lbs.Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weightsSit, stand, or walk for long periods of timeBend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pullHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsGXO adheres to CDC, OSHA and state and local requirements regarding COVID safety.
