Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions that deliver value
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Valid driver's license (if travel is required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or travel for extended periods
• Comfortable working on a computer and phone throughout the day
