Job Description Energize Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing and Operations Manager to lead a crucial set of operational teams within the agency. This pivotal role requires a strong blend of broad digital marketing expertise, operational excellence, and exceptional people leadership skills . The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive efficiency and growth across multiple client-facing and internal service teams. Key Responsibilities Management and Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a small team of employees, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Operational Oversight: Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for several core agency functions. Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, improve client satisfaction, and drive strong ROI for our clients across all service areas. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between various departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to achieve overall company goals. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing or an agency environment, with a strong grasp of the full marketing lifecycle (SEO, paid media, social, lead generation, etc.). Solid experience in management and people leadership , with a track record of successfully coaching and developing team members. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills with a focus on operational efficiency. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and strategies clearly. Prior experience in the dental or healthcare field is a significant advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Software and Tools Proficiency Be proficient in the use of various software and tools utilized by Energize Group, including GoHighLevel , the Google Suite , Slack , Dental Intelligence , and ClickUp .
