Branch Manager - Vernal, UT

The branch is the fundamental business unit of Elwood Staffing and the Branch Manager is responsible for all business activities conducted by the branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for driving both top-line (sales) performance and bottom-line (profit) performance and strategic objectives by effectively managing the branch operations, customer service activities, and supporting the business development/selling activities. • $ 50,000.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

This is an internal position with Elwood Staffing.

What You'll Do

Lead the overall recruiting, operations, and profitability of the branch

Coach, develop, and hold your recruiting team accountable for results

Support new business development and strengthen existing client relationships

Ensure recruiting and service goals are met

Develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and feedback

Monitor branch performance and implement plans to improve results

Maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, and On-Site teams

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

Branch Manager - Vernal, UT Qualifications:

3 years of previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience

Staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client and prospect locations
