REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that support patient-centered rehabilitation and safe transitions of care. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and documenting care accurately in the EMR.
