Epic Cadence Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Epic Cadence Analyst to support scheduling workflows and patient access improvements within a large healthcare environment.
This role focuses on Cadence build, scheduling optimization, and workflow design to improve access and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling functionality
- Manage provider templates, visit types, and scheduling rules
- Configure appointment search logic and scheduling workflows
- Design decision trees and workqueues
- Support MyChart scheduling and digital access tools
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues and resolve tickets
- Support implementations, upgrades, and go-live efforts
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows
What You Need:
- Epic Cadence Certification (required)
- 5+ years of Cadence build and scheduling experience
- Strong experience with decision trees and workqueues
- Experience with scheduling workflows and template management
- Proven experience supporting implementations and production support
Nice to Have:
- Prelude / Patient Access experience
- Referral workflow experience
- Large health system experience
- MyChart scheduling exposure
