About the Role As a mid‑level associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience, you will join a thriving business group that focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle across a broad range of industries. Your responsibilities will include general corporate representation, complex commercial contracting and corporate governance, and working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
