Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, initiating necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting bespoke care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in partnership with physicians or autonomously (as permitted by your credentials)
• Instructing patients and their families on preventative care, wellness strategies, and disease management

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Required Credentials

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within a 90-day period)
