Onsite/HR Clerk

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Onsite/HR Clerk to support daily HR and administrative operations within our food manufacturing facility. This role is fully on-site and plays a key part in employee onboarding, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring timely support and assistance.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new employees (not temporary workers), including paperwork, system setup, orientation scheduling, and facility tours.
• Handle employee relations documentation, including issuing write-ups and supporting termination processes in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with new hire training to ensure all employees understand company standards, safety expectations, and production requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR files, attendance records, and confidential employee documentation.
• Support HR leadership with audits, compliance tasks, and day-to-day administrative duties.
• Help organize and support employee engagement activities and communication efforts.
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with food safety, GMPs, and facility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous on-site HR, administrative, or clerical experience preferred—ideally within manufacturing, production, or similar high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Comfortable working on the production floor as needed to support employee needs.
• Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, document management).

Schedule:

Full-time, on-site role with potential for occasional flexibility depending on operational needs.
