Family/Internal Medicine Physician-California at Commonwealth Medical Services Los Angeles, CA

Job Details Location: Sherman Oaks, CA Status: Full time, 5 days per week, 1 Saturday per month Start Date: February 2, 2026 Pay Range: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour Job Duties Physician acts as the Primary Care Provider (PCP) assigned to the patient. Take care of the patient’s immediate medical needs. Undertake medical evaluation, including history and physical examination, laboratory, X-ray, referrals, or other diagnostic studies. Evaluate the patient and develop a problem list. Develop treatment objectives and plans. Initiate treatment orders and procedures. Educate and counsel patients to promote positive health behaviors and disease prevention. Work closely with clinical staff in coordinating and obtaining needed services for patients and families. Consult with the Clinical Director, as necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Current license to practice medicine in California. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Current DEA License. Current CPR Certification. Proficient in English and medical Spanish (preferred). Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families. Experience working with Electronic Medical Records. Must maintain state certification and/or licensure.
