Ability to think holistically about business challenges, develop strategies, and guide teams toward effective solutions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing leaders and business partners.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytical role. Experience leading teams of Business Analysts or Data Analysts. Revenue Operations, Reporting & Analytics, or operational performance improvement experience. Healthcare industry experience.
