You call them. You qualify them. You structure the deal. You get paid.

• Uncapped commission — top performers on our floor clear well past target
• $145,000–$158,000 is what a producing rep should be looking at in year one
• Inbound and pre-qualified leads fed to you daily
• Paid training, full script library, and management that runs deals with you instead of at you

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years selling something over the phone — inside sales, collections, insurance, solar, telecom, timeshare, we've hired from all of it
• Speed. Our best reps call a new lead in under five minutes, every time
• Someone who wants a career in finance, not a stopgap job

No funding experience needed. We'll teach you the product, the underwriting, and the close.

Position is in-office, Monday–Friday.
