Compensation & Pay Average Weekly Income: $1,100 – $1,500 Competitive Mileage Pay: Paid on all dispatched miles. Delay Protection: Additional hourly pay for detention and breakdown delays. Stability: Full-time W-2 employment with consistent freight volume year-round. Route & Home Time Regional Operation: Southwest lanes only. Home Weekly: Out for 5–6 days, home for a full 34–48 hour weekend reset. Predictable Dispatch: 24/7 support with steady, established customer lanes. The Freight (No Touch) Type: 100% Dry Van. No-Touch: Keep moving without the heavy lifting. Drop-and-Hook: The vast majority of our freight is drop-and-hook to minimize your downtime. Late-Model Equipment Drive modern, professionally maintained tractors you can be proud of (Kenworth, Freightliner, International). Assigned equipment (no slip‑seating). Take-home truck on home time.
