Our Orthopedic partners provide a full range of services for patients with orthopedic problems, work related injuries, sport injuries and various neuromuscular and neurological conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you would provide direct patient care; evaluate case history, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to develop and deliver an effective rehabilitation plan in order to restore function and minimize pain. This is a full-time position. Our ideal candidate will have a strong PT background, a desire to grow in their career, has great communication skills and works well in high-energy environments all while being flexible and adaptable. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive, caring evaluations on new patients, establish achievable goals and develop actionable treatment plans Provide on-going physical therapy services that effectively and efficiently comply with treatment plans Take ownership of obtaining necessary additional information and suggesting revisions in treatment as appropriate Document all evaluations, treatments and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with company policy Skillfully and safely progress patients through their levels of treatment until successful completion of care Engage with patients for a more impactful, effective, sustainable treatment experience Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with professional PT associations, workshop attendance and conferences Not only is our benefits package the most comprehensive in our industry, we are consistently seeking new programs to enhance our offerings.
