Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists

The Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the process of transportation of customer vehicles within an assigned region. Hybrid ability to work remotely one day per week at a Manheim location within the North Region (see attached map)

Job Requirements:

• Required: 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
• Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail including precise data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required

Preferred:

• Some college education
• 1+ years' experience in transportation field or automotive auction house
• 1+ years' experience in sales or call center
