Content Creator Content Creator & Social Management (Full-Time) Location: Metro Atlanta, GA (on-site across our shops + roastery — Canton, Woodstock, Roswell, Acworth) Type: Full-time Pay: competitive, depending on experience + full benefits We're looking for a full-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager who just GETS IT. Someone who can walk into our vibrant spaces and immediately see the shot. If you're the person whose camera roll is a mood board, replays the hook over and over, tries to improve watch time, or who reshoots a latte three times because the light wasn't just right… keep reading. What you'll actually do: Plan, Shoot and Edit scroll‑stopping photo + video (Reels, TikTok, Stories, in-feed) that make people stop their scroll, engage and follow. Capture the Bizarre Coffee vibe: drinks, shops, events, team, the people, the little weird details that make us us. Turn a new menu drop, a seasonal campaign, or a random Tuesday into content that pops. We are most known for our seasonal drops, so this is a non‑negotiable. Manage our channels day to day — plan, schedule, post, and stay on top of comments and DMs (this will be shared with our owner as well) Own the content calendar so we're always a few beats ahead, never scrambling Move with speed to stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats — and know which ones are actually worth our brand jumping on and being consistent in campaigns or repeating content that performs well. Chase virality with intention: understand why things spread and build for it. Watch the numbers and let them shape what you make next Keep our look cohesive across every platform and every location while still feeling fresh Design posts for instagram, events etc. as needed. Who you are: A genuine creative!!! this isn't a job to you, it's a craft you can't turn off. (aka the friend who takes all the photos and gets the content for the group) Strong eye for details, aesthetics, color, and composition Deeply organized — you juggle shoots, a posting calendar, and multiple platforms A student of social trends and virality — you understand why content spreads and can spot a wave early enough to ride it Willingness to learn and pivot as the environment changes Confident shooting and editing on your own — you can take an idea from "wouldn't it be cool if…" all the way to posted. Bonus if you're a risk taker here and like to push boundaries. Fluent in the platforms and their current native styles (and you can feel when a trend is about to peak vs. already dead) Comfortable owning the channels: publishing, scheduling, and engaging with our community Fast and self‑directed — you make good calls without needing your hand held Comfortable moving between our locations and getting hands‑on Bonus points if you have: Motion graphics, sound design, or short‑form editing chops that go beyond the basics Past work at a creative agency Experience with a variety of film equipment Experience building a brand or personal account from the ground up A love of coffee, food, hospitality, or small‑business culture Comfort being in the content, not just behind it To be considered you must send us: Your creative portfolio, reel, or the accounts you've made Your resume.
