Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time - Center Based

Responsibilities Our treatment involves working directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home but also in schools and our centers), to teach them how to communicate, share, play, wait and other essential skills. Be a Behavior Technician/Child Interventionist by making sessions fun through play‑based activities. We provide training to all staff so they feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism. Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma (college coursework a plus) Registered Behavior Technician Certification A love and passion for working with children Interest in learning Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle Web‑enabled device (laptop or tablet) At least 3 weekdays with the same availability Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families Compensation $20.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications Benefits Tuition Assistance Drive‑time pay between sessions Supervision toward BCBA credential available Physical Demands Working with clients in their natural environments may require lifting or moving approximately 50 lbs and maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
