This role will be responsible for managing incidents and support requests within the integration queue, delivering enhancements, and participating in strategic projects requiring Workato expertise.The ideal candidate has strong technical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with Workato integrations and API management, and familiarity with AI capabilities such as building Workato Genies. This individual must also be able to design scalable and efficient integration solutions optimized for Workato task usage, performance, and maintainability, while supporting integrations involving Reltio (MDM) and other enterprise platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and support integrations and automations using the Workato platformManage and resolve incidents, defects, and support requests assigned through the integration support queuePerform problem management activities, including identifying root causes, implementing permanent fixes, and driving system stabilization improvementsTroubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies across connected systemsDesign and implement enhancements to existing recipes, integrations, and workflowsParticipate in project initiatives requiring Workato development and integration expertiseDesign scalable and efficient integration solutions optimized for Workato task consumption, performance, and long-term maintainabilityBuild, configure, and maintain Workato recipes following established development standards and best practicesSupport API integrations and API management activities within WorkatoDevelop and support integrations involving Reltio and connected enterprise applicationsDevelop and support AI-driven automations and Workato GeniesPromote recipes across environments and manage deployments using proper migration and governance practicesCollaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutionsEnsure integrations are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standardsCreate and maintain technical documentation for integrations, recipes, APIs, support procedures, and root cause analysesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of hands-on Workato development experienceStrong experience building and supporting Workato recipes and integrationsExperience designing integration solutions optimized for Workato task usage and platform efficiencyExperience with API integrations and API management concepts within WorkatoExperience integrating or supporting Reltio solutionsExperience supporting production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent corrective actionsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skillsExperience with recipe promotion, deployment processes, and Workato best practicesFamiliarity with AI capabilities within Workato, including Genies or AI-powered automation solutionsExperience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, JD Edwards (ERP), Workday, Reltio, or similar platformsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in Agile environmentsExperience with manufacturing, sales, and service business processesFamiliarity with data transformation and middleware integration patternsWorkato certificationsKey Competencies:Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysisAbility to design efficient, scalable integration architecturesAbility to manage multiple priorities and support activities simultaneouslyAttention to detail and commitment to integration qualityStrong collaboration across business and technical teamsOwnership mindset and proactive problem-solving approachWhat We OfferAt Rite-Hite, we take care of our people – because when you’re supported, you can do your best work.
