Senior Pricing Analyst

Use complex financial models to evaluate revenue, margin, cost assumptions, return on investment, and overall P&L impact Analyze profitability of proposed customer agreements and identify risks, opportunities, and financial trade-offs Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and competitive pricing evaluations Recommend pricing structures and commercial solutions balancing profitability, competitiveness, and customer value Develop pricing approaches aligned with customer requirements and market conditions Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized pricing solutions supporting growth and profitability targets Partner with Sales and Operations teams on customer negotiations, contract renewals, and strategic pursuits Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, cost drivers, and market dynamics Perform customer, lane, product, and market profitability analyses Use historical data, operational metrics, and customer trends to support strategic recommendations Support margin enhancement and profitability improvement programs Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes and implement best practices Support development of pricing methodologies and reporting capabilities Facilitate data gathering and stakeholder discussions Build partnerships across the organization to align pricing strategies and business objectives Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required At least three years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, pricing, or related field A combination of education and work experience Competency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills High level of Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and large-scale data manipulation Ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong project management skills Creativity and innovation Ability to sit and stand regularly Ability to occasionally lift items up to 10 lbs Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis, leveraging advanced analytical skills to support strategic decision-making and enhance revenue growth.
