Job Description Maryland Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for one of our apartment communities. This position is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the property is maintained to company standards. Responsibilities Supervise and schedule maintenance staff Complete and oversee work orders and repairs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Oversee apartment turnovers and move-out inspections Coordinate vendor and contractor work Maintain inventory, tools, and maintenance shop organization Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally Qualifications Prior apartment maintenance experience required Previous supervisory experience required Valid CFC certification required Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation What We Offer $30-$33/hour 100% employer-paid health insurance premiums for employees Up to 80% company-paid coverage for spouses, domestic partners, and dependents 401(k) with generous company match – Maryland Management contributes 25% of what you withhold, up to 6% of your annual income Short- and long-term disability at no cost to you Paid parental leave Dental and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Employee recognition programs and company events throughout the year Educational reimbursement This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as needed to meet business requirements.
