Data Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking a Data Solutions Architect to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting a Federal Government customer. Candidates must be able to obtain a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance - US Citizen and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in the last 5 years. Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years. You will function as the primary technical architect for data warehousing projects to solve business intelligence challenges. Candidates should possess deep technical expertise in database design, ETL (OWB/ODI), reporting, and analytics and previous consulting experience utilizing an agile delivery methodology.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall design and governance of the enterprise data platformDefine Azure resource architecture, metadata strategy, data integration patterns, and ensure platform scalability and sustainabilityAdvise on governance best practices and supports long-term alignment with organization collaboration goals.Minimum Qualifications:Must be a US CitizenMust have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, including at least 5 years in designing and deploying cloud-based data platforms (preferably Azure).Expert-level knowledge of Azure architecture (Data Lake Gen2, Synapse, Purview, Key Vault)Experience designing metadata strategies and data governance modelsFamiliarity with tenant federation, security architecture, and role-based access modelsProficient in SQL, data modeling, and data lineage documentation.
