All PGH Staff are considered Essential especially during Emergent or Pandemic circumstances. Ability to handle sensitive, emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff. Knowledge of safety protocols, including emergency procedures, CPR, and First Aid. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively.
