Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for night shift travel assignments. Candidates must be adaptable, with the flexibility to float within the ICU units and meet all compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care within the ICU, adhering to facility protocols and standards.
• Float to similar units as needed, supporting other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Complete onsite modules during orientation, including recording transcripts and initial training.
• Conduct necessary lab tests within 48 hours post-arrival, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid NM or Compact license required prior to start date.
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work 36 or 48-hour shifts on a night schedule.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care, including ventilator management and IV therapy.
• Flexibility to float within ICU units and support other departments as needed.
• Successful completion of required orientation modules.
